1. Automatic control system
High performance 32-bit computer can realize online process parameter transfer, data acquisition and modification, which provides hardware guarantee and software support for unmanned operation, digital management and network monitoring of workshop. It not only provides rich information, but also greatly improves the service life.

2. Beating up mechanism
According to the characteristics of glass fiber fabric, the special four-bar beating up mechanism for glass fiber is optimized by computer. It has short dynamic range, small vibration and long weft insertion time. It can carry out strong and stable beating up at ultra-high speed, and weave high-quality fabric products.

3. Coiling mechanism
The rolling loom stay bar, stretcher bar and cloth pressing roller can completely eliminate the phenomenon of "weft shift" in the rolling process of glass fiber fabric, and keep the fabric surface in good style. The take-up roll and cloth guide roll are wrapped with special friction material to avoid the fabric from indentation.

4. Weft insertion system
The weft insertion components, such as weft storage device, main nozzle, auxiliary nozzle and draft nozzle, are used to meet the weft insertion needs of glass fiber yarn. The damage to glass fiber weft yarn is reduced, and the wear of weft insertion component caused by yarn is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.

5. Double back beam electronic let off mechanism

7. Cloth rolling mechanism

The maximum winding diameter can be up to 800mm by using the large coiling mechanism on the machine, so as to realize the same length of large winding cloth.
It greatly reduces the floor area of the equipment. The rapid cloth dropping mechanism makes the cloth dropping process simple and fast.

8. Special scissors side bracing mechanism
In view of the high hardness of glass fiber, it is difficult to cut. The special cutting scissors are designed to cut off the surplus yarn head, which has the advantages of low cost, good effect and long service life.
